Macclesfield In May is a brand new 2 day FREE festival being held on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th May 2025. The two day event is going to be one of the biggest events of the year. The ‘Factory Carpets & Beds Main Stage’ will be set up on Market Place in the Town Centre and will host a fantastic lineup of entertainment over the weekend.
The Saturday will feature a great line up bands and DJ’s playing between sets running from 12pm to 11pm. There will be bars and vendors serving street food and refreshments throughout the day. There will also be the ‘Proper Sound VIP Lounge’ located in the Town Hall, serving cocktails with DJ’s and entertainment lined up throughout the day in to the evening, tickets will be limited.
The Sunday will be a family friendly day featuring cinema screenings including 3 blockbuster films , 2 pop up puppet cinema performances and 2 entertaining short films created by Macclesfield College students. A big highlight of the day will also be a grand celebration of Macclesfield FC’s 2024/2025 League victory, with the team on stage proudly showing off their well deserved trophy!
